The partnership, which officially launched as of March 2025, will see Kaizen Ticketing become the official ticketing partner of the ESFA. The ESFA will work alongside the organisation, utilising their software to ticket home international events and other suitable fixtures taking place over the next three seasons. The ESFA will also work at aligning the two brands, helping to support Kaizen in their mission to become the go-to ticketing software for grassroots and professional football clubs across the country.
Kaizen Ticketing was founded in 2014 and provides ticketing and merchandise software to football clubs from the third tier to the tenth tier of the English football pyramid. Kaizen has worked with over 130 football clubs around England, helping the majority of them to sell digital tickets for the first time in their history. In 2024, Kaizen Ticketing won 7 business awards, most notably ‘highly commended’ status at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Award. Kaizen has run multiple charitable initiatives, including pledging £25k worth of tickets to local schools in the areas of the clubs they work with and providing £45k of advertising value to The Offside Trust, incorporating the charity’s logo on season cards.
ESFA Chair, Nick Loftus said “I am delighted to unveil this exciting, new partnership between the English Schools’ Football Association and Kaizen ticketing, the new official ticketing partner of the ESFA. The utilisation of Kaizen’s cutting-edge ticketing software will allow the ESFA to optimise the selling of digital tickets for our international matches as well as explore new ways to improve the experience of fans attending ESFA events. The opportunity to work with a growing brand in the football industry with a history of supporting schools and charities, sees Kaizen as the perfect choice for the ESFA’s official ticketing partner.”
David Lynam, founder of Kaizen Ticketing said: “We are absolutely thrilled to become the first ever official ticketing partner of the English Schools’ Football Association. This partnership marks a significant step forward for Kaizen Ticketing as we continue our mission to transform the way football clubs sell tickets and engage with their supporters. To be trusted with ticketing for international matches is a huge honour and a testament to the hard work and innovation of our team. We’re passionate about making football more accessible to fans at every level, and we look forward to working closely with the ESFA to create a seamless and engaging matchday experience for players, schools, and fans alike.”
