Kaizen Pick Up Bronze at Football Business Awards 2026

Kaizen Ticketing has been recognised once again at the Football Business Awards, collecting Bronze in the “Best Business Serving Football. Under 100 Employees” category at the 2026 awards in London.

It marks the second time in three years that Kaizen has been recognised at what is widely considered the football industry’s leading business awards event, attended this year by more than 570 senior figures from across the Premier League, EFL, SPFL and the wider football industry.

The recognition follows another year of growth for the independent football focused ticketing provider, which now works with clubs across eight of the top ten tiers of the English football pyramid.

“Credit to the team at Kaizen they are beginning to make themselves heard with clubs at all levels and they have earned a very good reputation.”

Judging panel feedback

Over the past 12 months, Kaizen has continued to expand its presence in high demand football operations, including major Wembley finals, large scale cup fixtures and further growth within the EFL. More than 50,000 tickets have been sold through Kaizen for Wembley finals alone during that period, alongside continued investment into digital ticketing, integrated ticket resale and CRM platform integrations.

Judges praised Kaizen’s reputation within the industry, highlighting the company’s innovation, impact across clubs at multiple levels of the game and continued growth within an increasingly competitive ticketing market.

“2025 has seen innovation come through via various implementations and initiatives, demonstrating impact at Clubs at various levels, as further shown in the testimonials.”

Judging panel feedback

As an independently owned business focused solely on football, Kaizen continues to position itself around operational reliability, supporter experience and giving clubs greater control over their ticketing infrastructure.

Recognition like this matters because it reflects trust from the industry itself, and the standards clubs increasingly expect from their technology partners.
