Southend United’s support once again turned Wembley blue as 22,041 tickets were sold for the 2026 FA Trophy Final at Non-League Finals Day.
Kaizen Ticketing managed the full ticketing operation on behalf of the club, including online sales, priority windows, accessible ticketing, customer service, matchday box office operations and post-match reconciliation reporting. All tickets were delivered digitally and integrated directly with Wembley Stadium’s access control systems for barcode scanning.
Demand was immediate.
The first 2,000 tickets were sold within ten minutes. Faster than Southend’s National League Play-Off Final sales in 2025, with 5,000 sold within the first twenty minutes.
Supporters moved through a structured sales process that included season ticket priority access, purchasing history windows and general sale, with reserved seating handled through best available allocation.
The 22,041 tickets sold by Kaizen represented more than 50% of the entire attendance for Non-League Finals Day, with 43,306 supporters attending across fixtures involving four clubs.
This is the latest in a series of major Wembley Final operations delivered by Kaizen. Over the last two seasons alone, Kaizen has supported the sale of more than 50,000 Wembley tickets for Southend United, alongside previous large-scale Wembley projects for other clubs.
Large attendance fixtures require more than a ticketing platform. They require operational control, reliability under pressure and supporter journeys that remain simple even at peak demand.
That is exactly what Kaizen was built for.
